Nate Lam:  Nathan lived in Hong Kong for over 11 years and this provides him with a standard for measuring how authentic/good Chinese resturants are, in addition to the diverse selection of food he had. Nathan's favorite type of food is Japanese. His favorite dishes include curry, tiramisu, and various sushi.
