When most people think of mongolian grill, Chang's comes to mind, but if you look around long enough you'll actually find smaller chain-less venues that offer this type of fare. on 4th St offers folks a good alternative to check out.

Once you enter the building, the decor is simple, and lacks the rubber stamp feel of a chain restaurant. You are then greeted by the host, and then your eyes are quickly diverted to the pricing ladder. Basically for one round at the grill, it's $7.99 and for unlimited rounds a dollar more.

If you are skillful with your ingredient building, one round is more than enough. There are couple more items that are offered that differentiate <> with Chang's. What stood out to me was that they offered an alternate noodle, it was this green colored noodle, possibly spinach, which served as a great base for my soon to be grilled noodle dish. As with all Mongolian grill food, the user is at the mercy of their own culinary skills when they step up to the seasoning section.  Fortunately what I put in became the makings of a tasty dish which filled me up for the afternoon.
